I think most people now are more familiar with ZOOM (Link below). But I recommend Skype here because ZOOM has a time limitation of 40 minutes for normal users, and Skype has 24 hours...basically no time limit. Besides, there's no registration needed for holding or attending a Skype meeting, so don't worry about moving your team members form Zoom to Skype!
